Workspaces

By default Plone comes with workspaces. A workspace is an area to upload a variety of files, folders, images and of course videos. Plumi is configured to automatically create 3 folders in a member's workspace when a new account is created. Those folders are Videos, News and Events. These folders are in the "published" state when created. Members are currently not restricted from adding additional folders or files to their spaces however only videos can be published in the Videos folder to ensure the integrity of the vodcasting functionality.

Members may set permissions on their folders and files to only allow certain users or groups of users to view them. This is done in the "sharing" tab.
