This has disappeared from the publish form altogether now - can we re-instate this in Plumi, and fix its display on em.org quickly?

When we are demonstrating the publish form after release this will be a big UI error to have to show people.

There is no easy way to reinstate it without issues, mostly because it's positioned relatively. We need to find a better way to convey this information in 4.6.
