Featured Video - Add Date & Country Metadata

Looks a little messy. Would put date on same line as author. Year probably isn't necessary if there isn't space. Country immediately under this line with line break to short para.

Is this ok now, or needs tunning?

just a bit of tuning required on BOTH em and plumi skins.

1. make title, byline, date, country & short description all align with each other horizontally

2. padding is missing on side of short desc. - needs to be the same as on the left side to look neat.
