Make 15 not 12 items appear in Member search results

only 12 items appearing instead of 15, change this so it is 3 neat rows of 5 items each.

Ready to test. Also fixed the links on that page (always leads to /author page, rather than /Members page that was true if user hadn't specified fullname)
