Add default icon as per login_success page, eg.  http://demo.plumi.org/myprofile.gif

Change the name to mysubmissions.gif so that a new icon can easily be added later.

for plumi in fact you need to add a new gif such as  http://demo.plumi.org/myprofile.gif with the relevant name so that an image is associated with the item type in demo.plumi
