Issues with edit form and view page

remove submissions opening in edit form change class of submissions closing to text class used in full description text add class videoitem-description-heading to "full description" still submission opening in edit form remove time info (hour/minutes) from submissions closing and only have date

Ordering for view page description closing location categories full description image related items

• create submissions member folder - either upon creation of a submission item or upon creation of an account
• create submissions smart folder for all submissions - look at how events do this to display only the submissions that are currently open

Some additional issues

• add a file upload for people to attach documents - eg. a submission pdf
• add 'other', 'crew' and change 'tv production' to 'production' in categories
• change "All the categories that apply to the call for submissions" to just "categories". leave the info about adding multiple categories
• for the heading, location and closing date fields remove the text about "submissions" eg. 'Submission location' should just be 'location'

• Change - Call for Submission Heading - just to "Title"

Ok - getting pretty close..

• in login_success change the name of the associated gif to callouts.gif so we can replace it when the new one is ready
• place portlet in between events and latest comments
• on submissions form - put 'other' at the bottom of the categories
• apply video workflow to submissions - eg. pending
• in member folder name folder - 'call outs' instead of Call for Submissions
• in member folder make call out folder the bottom folder in the listing
• in /view page change "Submissions are closing 04-Dec-2007" to "Submissions close"
• make description first in /view

changed names in ticket to "Callouts" rather than "Submissions" to avoid confusion.
