I'm finding it really slow - is it in debug mode?
Also the low-res transcode script doesn't seem to have been run.

Don't know if anything changed but it's fast now - only the low-res script issue.

The low res videos have been produced quite a while now. Is there another issue? They play fine for me.

Sorry - right you are - this was from ages ago and I glanced at the page and saw something was missing (bittorrent in fact) and it just went click in my head that it was the low-res version.
I'll open a new ticket to get the torrents in there. Closing this.
