Interim enhancements to author page

Description
The author page has become rather cluttered as there have been a number of additional elements added to the page. It needs some nice simple layout.
Some particular notes
- Put the paypal explanation under the paypal button, not before it.
- Align image to the right and wrap text
- Change URL to "homepage"
- Add spacing between each element
- add news/events/callouts icons next to each listed item
- add rss1 on callouts

Sorry for long delay.
Looks good Dimo, the only thing I'd say is can the paypal button go level with the line "website" is on but to the right.
If that's not something quick then it's fine, just close it.
