Double Icons In Some Member Page folders

Two folder icons are showing for callouts & videos... only for some members.

I can see two here :  http://testing.plumi.org/Members/anna

But not here:  http://testing.plumi.org/Members/Efferbpip

Now there are double folder icons showing. They are also the wrong icons - should be the ones that are already in there (yellow, not green) for News & Events

Reverted custom folder icons to plone default. The double icons issue is probably due to your browser caching both types as I see only one icon. Try shift+refreshing if it's still there.

Hmm, I cleared my cache & shift-refreshed, but still see two icons.

They are now the correct icons, but still seeing two.
