Description
Plumi already had a default genre selection of "Animation" which has been causing incorrect classification of films - users who don't actively change the genre have the video categorised as an "Animation" by default.
Recent code changes have introduced this issue for the Country field as well - the drop-down menu has a default selection of "Afghanistan". This needs to be changed or we will have many new videos added with an incorrect country category of "Afghanistan".
If it's trivial to also add a empty/null selection for Genre at this stage, in addition to Country, we could tick off this ticket also: http://plumi.org/ticket/528

I've updated the country and genre list. I've also left only the lists managed by plumi on testing.plumi.org so that you can take a look at these also.
The em.taxonomies product puts the previous lists used by em.org back, we'll be installing these once we set up staging.em.org for migration.

I think the genre and topic lists are fine - every site will have it's own in any case, these are reasonable examples.
Just checking - is it fine that the previous lists still appear when you click browse? http://testing.plumi.org/taxonomy/genre
Assuming that these are collections that have already been created, but would not exist if it was newly-installed?
If so, then this can be ticked off.

Exactly. These collections are there before we have already made them on previous installs (we shouldn't remove them from the database, since people might be using them on productions sites while upgrading). With a new plumi site, they don't get created (unless you install the em.taxonomies product).
