Update demo.plumi.org with rc1

Not fully updated to 4.0-final but talking with Mike a lot of 4.0 bugs are now fixed so really the ship has sailed on this one. The consensus seemed to be to get it on the 4.1rc asap.

Great - except that demo.plumi.org does not appear to have been updated with all the most recent changes, as there are design bugs showing -  https://plumi.org/ticket/588

Does this mean that the final tag did not include all the correct skin changes?

Hmmm.. is it possible to do a fresh install / migration of Demo - so we know that it is definitely running the 4.0-final release?

Is it worth updating this or just checking everything is ok and then putting it all into the 4.1-final update?
