Still not in alignment to me. Looks the same as the screenshot here.
I forced refresh multiple times, no joy.

That's strange. I tested it on Firefox and Chrome and they are aligned. I'm uploading a screenshot in case I'm missing something.

Ah, sorry my bad - the fields are aligned but not _centred_ on the page.
Bad ticketing on my part.
