I'm not seeing flash player  http://testing.plumi.org/Members/tester/videos/my-video/view

Retranscoding the video brings up the player.

There was a bug in Plone 3.x where every time you reinstalled a utility it wiped it out from ZODB. For Plumi, it meant that reinstalling plumi.app without the fix, would end up without the transcoded videos links. We were monkeypatching it, we should probably provide a solution for Plone 4 as we're probably hitting the same bug. I'll do some testing first and provide a fix if that's the case.
