Investigate Replacement for Taxonomy System

Description

During beta phase, find a way to replace our current system for taxonomy.

Depending on what we find, we might just make what we have work in Plone 4.0, or we can implement a better system.

We will port ATCountryWidget to Plone 4.0, but not ATVocabularyManager.

After some research, I think the best thing to do is at this point is to remove the taxonomies from plumi.app and provide them as a seperate and optional package (e.g. plumi.taxonomy). We should do that in the 4.0 final milestone. I'm opening a new ticket and closing this one.
