Cannot access ownership tab in video objects

Description

With the new Plone 3 set up the ability to access the "ownership" tab is now no longer available. Need to re-implement this.

This can still be done by going to videoURL/manage_listLocalRoles. It's not elegant but it's a workaround for the moment.

This was done in 3.1.1.
