Comments portlet not showing up in demo.plumi.org

Description

Need to add the comments portlet that EM.org has. I couldn't see it in manage portlets and should be in code in anycase.

The comments portlet is not a supported Plumi 3.x feature yet since plone.app.discussion does not provide a recent comments portlet or page. In engagemedia.org we use a collection of comments and a collection portlet but there seem to be bugs deep into plone.app.discussion related to comment collections. We need to postpone it for later, when hopefully those issues will be fixed.

This is probably done with the work unweb have done over the last month. Just putting it in to 3.1.1 to check when demo is updated.
