Thumnails don't align with titles in latest videos on front/author pages

Description

In the latest video listing on the front page and in author templates as you go down the list of videos the thumbnails stop being in-line with the title/descriptions.

It is fixed :) The author page is still a bit chaotic due to the style mess I did, but I'm working to clean it and this particular point is simply corrected.
