I think we can ticked this one for the moment. More functionality testing will happen with the migrations to be super sure of things before a final release.
Also I looked at the site in IE recently and couldn't see any issues. No problems even with the design! Amazing!!
I'll make a new ticket for the migration milestone for this.

You might want to include install testing.
In particular, installation on top of a new (i.e. not previously installed) Plone Unified Install using Plone-3.3.4-UnifiedInstaller?.tgz
I've been testing/refining that for some time now and I will report my results here.
