Clicking re-transcode gives no indication in the UI if the command has been sent

Description
The command works however the admin receives no notification if the command has been sent. Some kind of indication would be useful.

The first time I clicked I didn't notice the little msg. I think it was better before when you had the yellow highlight baiju. I think where it sits on the page now is better though.
I also think we should add after "reTranscoding:" "please refresh the page in 5-15 minutes (the larger your video the longer it will take) to see the retranscoded file)".

I found this a little hard to read against the background but I like the general idea. If the whole background is yellow and the notice stays up for about 10 seconds more I think it will work.

Looks great. Tiny, tiny issue. Remove the parenthesis ) at the end of the sentence, add a full stop at the end and a Capital at the beginning
so it's Please refresh the page in 5-15 minutes (the larger your video the longer it will take) to see the retranscoded file.
