Unable to transcode a video

Description

Tried to upload a video on anna.plumi.org. It uploaded it and then reported a transcode status of:

"The transcoding failed"

I've attached the logs for the relevant time period. Is this a config issue, an encoder issue (eg: ffmpeg) or a problem in the daemon?

Can you run the transcode daemon in the foreground (/bin/transcodedaemon fg) and attach the logs?

Even better, can you upload the video somewhere so I can try with the same video and see what's wrong?

svn up and try again. if the problem persists do as mike suggests: attach the transcodedaemon log and upload your video file at latest-v.plumi.org
