Description

Currently these items go into the private state.

Set the plone_workflow on event/news/plumicallouts on src/plumi.app/plumi/app/profiles/default/workflows.xml

User submitted content gets into 'Public Draft' state (instead of private, that was with the simple_publication_workflow before). However needs further work to get into pending_review state Rev 109802
