List only videos/news/events and callouts on author page

Description

Author page has a bunch of additional info regarding author activities such as new folders created etc. For the purposes of Plumi the author page is the place to check out the work a contributor as made so we only need the 4 core content types displayed.

Do we just want to remove the "recently created" section on the author page like in  http://demo.plumi.org/author/andenator ?

This looks done to me apart from the fact that callouts are not appearing, I have ticketed that separately though as the callouts functionality needs redesigning in anycase and it can go into 3.1.
