Description

Need to add templates and supporting functions etc to make embedded playback work with plumi 3

Seems to be functioning, reopening to take out of "ready for testing" state. I thing we should to change the player back to flowplayer for the moment though (as it was previously) as it's still more feature rich than html5 video features (ie embedding)
