Added collective.transcode.daemon into the new buildout. Still need to integrate into the rest of plumi.

We've had good progress on this one. Transcoding seems to work well. A control panel screen for configuring the hostname and port of the transcode daemons is still missing. Currently they are hardcoded to localhost and 8888 respectively.

The transcoder also generates a thumbnail image from the video itself if there isn't one defined by the user. Test it at http://latest-v.plumi.org

Moving this up the list but it really needs some more details so a video sprinter could have a look at it. Vik are there some latest details that could be added?
