Release buildout project via collective.releaser

Description

Follow the steps under "Releasing the project" at  http://pypi.python.org/pypi/collective.releaser/

That is, produce a "tarball" of the buildout, that can be distributed offline, and reinstalled, via "$ python boostrap.py $ bin/buildout" steps.
