Ability to feature site members

basically it'd be great to have a "featured filmaker" or similar type category, this would help us promote good films and good people and encourage them to add their info to the site.

In the scenario we discussed it might be better for it to be featured to the centre column, as a way to really push the possibilities of film makers getting their content out there through EM. Perhaps where the news/events are? It could replace these or perhaps we could even split this section in two column, with one side the featured film maker. Other ideas?
