FLV transcoding

Description
Add FLV files to indytube transcoding, so that uploaded FLV files are transcoded to our presets (resolution etc) into FLV, and then shown via flowplayer

Added in four new extensions for automatical transcoding, into indytube.conf file.
I will cut a new tag for indytube , off the indytube plumi 0.2.x branch, for inclusion in plumi 0.2.3
I will test uploading FLV to testing now...
