No embedded display of file after being uploaded

I installed plumi-0-2-final in my server. I tried running it and it works fine. However, when I tried to upload video files, the page :

Transcode Status
The transcoding failed.

You may like to try to re-start transcoding. 

If the automatically transcoded movie is corrupted, or poor quality etc. , you may like to turn off flowplayer and automatic transcoding.

I tried uploading several other videos but I got the same result. How do i fixthis one? Is this a bug or is there a workaround for this.

This is because you havent installed indytube.
