Put the favicon into the default plumi skin

Description

I've uploaded the favicon to blog.plumi.org, and I will attach it here. It's actually called plumi-icon32x32.png , not favicon.ico

It should go into the default plumi skin so all people that use plumi without replacing get a copy.
