Description
Change CSS on Tag Cloud Portlet to reduce font size overall (retain font size differences depending on popularity of tag).

This is a configuration problem _per installed sites_ not something that needs changing in Plumi
You can change the options by going to the preferences tab on the tag cloud object , if you are a admin on the site.
I have changed the default options on testing.plumi.org to show what it could be like.
